nextstagerock.com) or attending our events (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
1.2 Eligibility

- Ticket purchase/partnership/exhibiting: 18+ or with valid consent

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Effective Date.”
1.4 Accounts
If you create an account or submit forms, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
1.5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Breach laws or infringe rights
- Upload viruses or attempt unauthorised access
- Copy or distribute our content without permission
- Post unlawful or offensive material
1.6 Intellectual Property
- “NextStage Rock” logos and content are our property or licensed to us.
- You may view/print for personal non-commercial use only.
- You may not reproduce or exploit content without consent.
1.7 Submissions
By submitting applications, testimonials, or content, you grant us a licence to use them for event-related purposes. Personal data will be processed per our Privacy Policy.
1.8 Tickets & Events
- Tickets may be sold via third-party platforms (e.g., Eventbrite). Their terms apply.
- We may change programme, speakers, or venues where reasonably required.
- Admission may be refused/revoked for safety, fraud, or breaches.
1.9 Liability
- Services are provided “as is.”
- We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the face value of your Ticket or £100, whichever is greater.
- Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Tickets are
non-refundable unless cancellation/postponement occurs, or required by UK law.
3.2 Event Cancellation/Postponement
- Cancelled: Refund of face value.
- Postponed: Ticket valid for new date(s). Refund possible if you cannot attend.
- Material changes: Refund may be offered.
- Force majeure: We will reschedule where possible.
3.3 Refund Process
- Refunds issued to original purchaser via original payment method.
- If purchased via Eventbrite/third-party: their process applies.
- Service/booking fees are usually non-refundable.
3.4 Transfers & Name Changes
- May be permitted up to a deadline (admin fees may apply).
- Reselling via unauthorised vendors invalidates the Ticket.
3.5 Lost or Stolen Tickets
- Treated like cash; reissue not guaranteed.
- Proof of ID may be required for reissue.
3.6 Refusal of Admission
Admission may be refused/revoked (without refund) for:
- Breach of venue rules
- Unsafe or unlawful conduct
- Fraudulent or invalid tickets
- Capacity/safety restrictions
3.7 Age Policy & ID
- Some events may be 18+.
- Valid photo ID may be required.
3.8 Accessibility

3.9 Health & Safety
You must comply with venue and health/safety measures (e.g., screening, bag checks).
3.10 Photography & Recording
By attending, you consent to official filming/photography for documentation and promotion.
3.11 Chargebacks
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in cancellation of Tickets.
3.12 Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the
laws of England & Wales.
4) Other Applicable Terms
- Our Privacy Policy (GDPR-compliant) explains how we handle personal data.
- Our Cookie Policy explains cookie use and choices.
- Event-specific documents (e.g., ticket/registration, participation rules, health & safety, venue rules) may also apply and will prevail where they specifically conflict with these Terms.
5) Accounts, Security & Accuracy
- If you create an account or submit forms (e.g., Early Access, Partner Inquiry), you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You’re responsible for safeguarding any passwords and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
a) breach any applicable law;
b) upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or test the vulnerability of the Site, or interfere with security features;
c) scrape, harvest, or use robots/spiders to extract data without our prior written consent;
d) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site except as expressly allowed;
e) post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content;
f) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
g) infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
7) Intellectual Property
- The Site, logos, brand elements, text, graphics, audio-visual content, and other materials we publish (the “Content”) are owned by or licensed to NextStage Rock and protected by UK and international IP laws.
- Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent.
- You may view the Site and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use provided you keep all proprietary notices intact and do not modify the materials.
Trademarks. “NextStage Rock” and associated marks/logos are our trademarks. Other names and logos are the property of their respective owners and used with permission.
8) User Submissions & Licence You Grant
If you submit or upload content (e.g., enquiries, testimonials, images you provide for listings, comments, applications) you:
- warrant you have the necessary rights;
- grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, host, and display that content in connection with the Site, the event, and our marketing (in any media) for the duration of the rights; and
- agree we may remove or decline content that, in our reasonable opinion, breaches these Terms or applicable law.
- Personal data within submissions is handled under our Privacy Policy.
9) Third-Party Services, Links & Content
Our Site may integrate or link to third-party platforms (e.g., ticketing, Typeform, payment providers, social networks) and may display third-party content or logos. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, terms, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10) Tickets, Registration & Programme Changes
- Tickets/registrations may be fulfilled by third-party ticketing providers; their terms and fees apply in addition to these Terms.
- We may update the programme, speakers, acts, venues, dates, timings or formats where reasonably required (e.g., availability, safety, compliance). We’ll endeavour to communicate material changes.
- Admission may be refused or revoked (with a refund where required by law) for safety, security, or material breach of event rules.
(When sales open, you should also publish a separate Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy.)11) Exhibitors, Startups, Performers & Partners
- Submitting a partnership, exhibition, pitch, or performance application does not guarantee selection or participation.
- We may set criteria and make selections at our sole discretion to curate a high-quality experience.
- Selected participants must comply with event rules, venue policies, branding guidelines, and deadlines we provide.
12) No Reliance / Information Only
The Site is provided for general information. While we aim for accuracy, content may not always be up to date or complete. You rely on information at your own risk.
13) Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We disclaim all warranties and representations, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted/error-free operation.
- We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
14) Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for
death or personal injury caused by negligence,
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for:
- loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data;
- indirect or consequential losses;
- any loss arising from third-party platforms or services;
- any loss that could not reasonably be foreseen.
Where we are liable to you, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or Services shall not exceed
(i) the amount you paid to us for the relevant ticket/Service, or
(ii) £100, whichever is greater.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from reasonable losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your
material breach of these Terms or
infringement of third-party rights in connection with your use of the Site or submissions, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach.
16) Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, governmental action, power or internet failure, or venue unavailability. Where feasible we will take reasonable steps to mitigate impact and communicate material changes.
17) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (temporarily or permanently) where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational reasons, or if you materially breach these Terms.

We may provide notices via the Site, by email to the address you provided, or by posting updates on relevant pages. You may contact us at

19) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the
laws of England and Wales. The courts of
England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
20) Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in force.
- No Waiver: A failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms (plus referenced policies/agreements) are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site/Services.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations on a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or asset transfer.
21) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the
laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
